Our Return Policy We want you to love your AURIS jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return Email us at jinan991113@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
